SOS has partnered with the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) to promote self-sustainability among our students. Our participation in the ATAL Tinkering Labs program encourages high school students to develop an innovative mindset and use technological skills to find sustainable solutions to community problems.
Combining exceptional teaching practices with technology, SOS creates a customized learning environment to meet each student's individual needs. The self-paced classrooms of blended learning foster self-sufficiency, and the Google Classroom platform allows students to ask questions and receive timely responses from teacher.
At SOS, students can choose from a diverse range of clubs that cater to their interests in Literary, Science, Maths, Environment, and Art. Participating in club activities not only helps students develop life skills, but also fosters a sense of teamwork and unity. Meet the Author and Meet the Scientist events provide students with a glimpse into the real world.
SOS recognizes the significance of co-curricular activities (CCA) that offer students numerous opportunities to learn in a systematic and meaningful manner. CCA encompasses dance, music, art, and physical education and develops the students' personality holistically with a focus on physical fitness and multiple skills.
At SOS, we offer specialized support services and guidance to children with special needs, slow learners, and learning disabilities, working collaboratively with teachers to improve their academic skills and confidence.
Students at SOS receive career counselling to explore different career options and choose the most appropriate one based on their interests and abilities.
Exhibitions at SOS enable students to showcase their talent and learning on a bigger platform and demonstrate scientific methods, logical and rational thinking, and curiosity in science, art, Math, etc.
Young Achievers - Research Skills is a program at SOS that offers various platforms for the growth of students in different fields. Budding researchers present their research work on topics of their choice from a set of given themes at this intra-SOS conference led by students.
With the abundance of digital resources available at SOS, our students can access them at their convenience and from anywhere. Our in-house class-wise and subject-wise resources, digital libraries, and innovation portal promote individualized learning, encourage self-study, and encourage students to explore beyond the prescribed textbook.
